Public Market is a dynamic space with extensive seating in the restaurant and bar. Two large outdoor spaces with comfy seats and heaters offer you an exquisite alfresco drinking and dining experience.

Our entire space and the water we use will be warmed by the wood fired Valoriani pizza oven (we’re eco-friendly like that!). This will create a relaxed and cosy ambience. Our careful renovation has resulted in a modern, welcoming environment with the community in mind. In addition to our delicious food and drink, local artists and groups will be in residence to offer cinematic, live music and visual art events to inspire you all year round.

Our unique pizzas are handmade from a slow rising sour dough base (Ssh…Neapolitan recipe is a closely guarded secret!). Each one can be cooked in just 90 seconds using our wood fired pizza oven. It reaches temperatures of 500ºC – this fast blast ensures you enjoy a light and moreish pizza, so appetising you won’t leave a crumb. It’s also where we create our flavoursome baked pasta dishes – they have to be tasted to be believed! Dining with friends? Why not try out our ‘metre pizza’ and sample a selection of our toppings snap one up during Happy Hour 5-7pm daily for just £25 (serves 4-6 guests).

What’s more Public Market offer a takeaway collection service for our selection of tasty wood-fired sour dough pizzas with a 10% discount. Perfect for those cosy nights in. Food is our passion so we only use the finest quality local ingredients so you enjoy a first class dining experience that you’ll want to repeat again, and again.

We pride ourselves on our amazing selection of drinks. Why not try our craft beers or a chilled glass of draft sparkling wine! With its soft, fruity and refreshing taste it’s the perfect fizz to accompany our sweet and salty popcorn, wood roasted peanuts, flatbreads and bruschetta.
